The Mill Creek Oyster Farm is on the tidal flats of YarmouthPort where ponds and marshes were formed thousands of years ago from receding glaciers all along Cape Cod. Water from these ponds is packed full of minerals and flows directly into our lease, giving the oysters an ample food source to grow and thrive.

She's over the Rainbow Bridge now, but still with us in spirit.
Molly, our ever present watcher, observing all the farm activities.
Sadly, she's joined Izzie over the Bridge, but we're sure she's still watching over us.

"These oysters are a sight to behold! A distinctive black line down the shell make them a stunner and their flavor is equally on point. Clean taste, high salinity with a sweet finish, perfect with a squeeze of lemon. Bravo Mill Creek Oyster Company!"
Carolyn R.
"Mill Creeks are perfectly balanced in flavor with both sweetness and saltiness playing together like yin and yang. The surprise is on the finish where we taste wet gravel (in the best possible way!), an unusual stony minerality that has us coming back for more. Minerality as a flavor is not always the easiest to understand so go lick a stone to see what we mean."
Emily, Island Creek Oysters
"So clean tasting I didn’t put any sauce on them- yum! You can’t just eat one, they’re addictive-glad we had 2 dozen!
Thanks John and Steph!"
Susan S.
"We were blown away by the delicious, fresh, mineral taste of the oysters! John and Stephanie Reeve with Mill Creek Oysters have done a marvelous job."
Alison G.
"Mill Creeks benefit from their large distance from any dwellings and close proximity to two major creeks that flow into Cape Cod Bay from the Yarmouth Port salt marsh that provide major loads of phytoplankton."
John G.
"Their texture is smooth yet chewy with a slightly astringent minerality balanced by a subtle sweetness. Delicious!"."
Hal S.
